Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total

Conditions

Check-in is strictly available until 18h00 during weekdays and before 15h00 on weekends, (unless prior arrangements have been made) after that you will be marked as a no-show and your payments will be forfeited.
The property is for the sole use of the guests staying on the property, no other visitors are allowed to enter the lodge unless an arrangement has been made!
Check-out: 10:00 AM, but if the room is not booked out we can arrange a later check-out on request.
We have an unprotected pool and fish pond, hence our policy is that no children are allowed to stay on the property!
The credit card used to pay online must be presented at check-in and the customer ID or the booking will be cancelled.

Umhlanga Lodge is situated in Durban, 2.8 km from KZN Sharks Board Office. Built in 2017, the property is within 3.8 km of Casea Charters. Guests can chill out in the outdoor swimming pool.
