Welcome to Umhlanga Lodge, a warm and inviting guest retreat set in the prestigious La Lucia / Umhlanga Rocks area. Whether you’re stopping over for a night or enjoying a longer holiday escape, our lodge offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.
All rooms are en‑suite and furnished for comfort, featuring King‑size extra‑length beds for a restful night’s sleep.
Room Four’s King‑size bed can be converted into two single beds, making it ideal for friends, siblings, or guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.
Three of our rooms lead into a shared guest kitchenette and lounge, perfect for families or groups who enjoy a communal space.
Room Four also offers a private entrance, a cosy patio, and a small garden — perfect for guests travelling with small pets.
The unit consists of a king size bed in room 1 and 2, room 3 has a double bed and room one also has a sleeper couch, so we can easily accommodate 7, all the rooms are en-suite. There is a kitchenette and a lounge in the unit.

Umhlanga Lodge features a professional water‑filtration plant, delivering exceptionally pure, crystal‑clear water straight from every tap throughout the property.
To ensure uninterrupted comfort, the lodge is equipped with solar power and inverters, keeping lights and essential services running during load shedding.
Umhlanga Lodge can accommodate up to nine adults (including one sleeper couch), and rooms may be booked individually or as a full‑house rental.
